No. We firmly believe your financial situation is the business of you and your family. You have worked many years to secure your future and we don’t believe it’s our business to charge you based on that hard work.

Our approach is simple and straight forward. We offer two options to suit our residents and pride ourselves on no hidden costs or surprise fees. We offer an all-inclusive pricing model allowing you to project all outgoings in one single fee.

Here at Whitehaven, we have simplified the process. You can pay a daily amount, paid one month in advance, or simply purchase your suite, and then pay a small daily service fee. The choice is yours!! Just relax, sit back and enjoy.

Yes of course!! We encourage you to bring your special things. After all this is your home!

You would like an extra hook on the wall for your favorite wedding photo? Not a problem. We have an onsite maintenance manager dedicated to facilitating all this structural, technological or garden focused. To ensure ultimate comfort all year round.

We do however ensure all rooms are furnished and ready to live in so should you wish to simply pack a suit case and move in that’s ok by us also. It’s Just another way we like to simplify a sometimes overwhelming step.

Absolutely yes, in fact we wouldn’t prefer it any other way. We recognise the trust you associate with such professionals and are only too happy to facilitate in getting you to your GP or accommodating them here at Whitehaven in times of need.

We do also offer an onsite GP clinic for those individuals whom stay with us from country towns outside of Geelong and need a local practitioner or simply wish to transfer for convenience. The comfort in knowing we look after organising and facilitating transport or follow up bookings, means you simply focus on being well.
