Shelley commenced a career in nursing where she quickly and effortlessly progressed into management with her passion for health care and the elderly. Shelley moved into the aged care sector and owned and ran her own facility in Bendigo with a desire to change the complexion and quality of care delivered to our seniors.
This formulated the knowledge and experience, allowing her to progress into managing numerous private, government and council facilities and finally becoming Operations Manager of a group of upmarket retirement village and SRS facilities.
Shelley brings her skills and experience to Whitehaven where she shares Ashlee’s vision in the pursuit of excellence, and is committed to Whitehaven’s community.
